  1. I hope to find more quiet time with God through this study. I tend to run myself ragged just doing so many things that I lose focus of what He is doing in my life. I miss out on the glory moments where I am awed at a little something He's done to show me He cares. I'm excited to do this study with all of you!

  2. I hope to get a better grasp on how to be still. I want to be closer to God than ever before and yet I know that I am missing out by not being still and really listening to His direction, wisdom and guidance. Instead of being one to go, go, go, I need to stop, focus and listen! Penny Doughty

    1. Amen, me too. I never seem to give God more time than other things I do. I feel so ashamed at times for not giving more time to my Lord. :) Blessings

  3. We want others to pay attention to what we say and do. God wants us to pay attention to Him and His mighty works and words to us. Yet, when do we make time to listen to Him?, When do we make time for Him,when we decide we need Him etc...?? God says, "Seek me with all your Heart and you will find me."

Psalm 11 not 10 says, "Desist! and confess that I am God." meaning, "Stop Fighting, and know I am God". I have looked this up in several Bibles and they say the same, stop wars with your fighting and know I am God - meaning stop and listen to me in your hearts and in my word.
